Torneria Tosi was born in the industrial area of Verona. Later it moved its headquarters to Castel d'Azzano. Specialized in precision mechanics, has been on the market for over 40 years, a goal achieved by demonstrating seriousness, professionalism and quality in services every day.

In Torneria Tosi we attach great importance to the continuous updating of machinery which allows us to be at the forefront of processing and satisfy the needs of our customers. For the tree production, rollers, bushings, pins, washers and other design details that require turning, we have parallel and numerically controlled lathes. Specifically, we are able to perform these processes: precision turning, front and radial drilling with motorized, metric and special pitch threads, milling with Y axis.
Milling is a process by which, thanks to the removal of chips, a wide range of shapes, cuts, engravings and holes can be obtained.
For parts that require milling such as plates, some types of gears and mechanical guides, we are equipped with three machining centers, two manual cutters and a numerically controlled cutter. Our skilled workers are a guarantee of precision. We are specialized in: puncture e fprecision rendering, fquarrying on shafts and plates, tapping e thread with comb, boring.
At our headquarters in the province of Verona we have an area equipped to perform welds in support of our core activities. This is to offer the customer a complete service: from production to assembly of the parts of our production. We are equipped for small caliber welds on stainless steel and iron, wire and TIG, such as on: rollers, mechanical constructions e aassembled to drawing.
If your machinery is equipped with worn parts that need to be changed, Torneria Tosi offers the repair service. Thanks to our experience in the sector, active for more than 40 years, we are able to refurbish these parts. In case they are too worn that they cannot be restored, our technical department will be able to generate a drawing of the same for the production of the new one, based on your sample. We specialize in the repairs of: rollers, trees, restoration of holes e fillets, restoration of welds.
