TMP SRL, with a fleet of over 50 machines of different types, carries out milling, turning, drilling, threading and boring operations on different types of materials, creating, upon request, productions with any type of heat and/or surface treatment.
We are able to carry out detailed checks of the different processing phases, thanks to specific verification and control instruments. The dimensional, geometric and shape tolerances are checked in a special metrology room, with cutting-edge three-dimensional measurement instruments.
The staff, experts in the mechanical processing sector, ensures qualified professionalism and careful consultancy to help you find the right solution for your every need. Thanks to the large number of fixed and sliding headstocks, TMP is able to carry out both bar and secondary machining, reaching up to a diameter of 450mm.
Our machine park includes 4 vertical machining centers, 4 horizontal machining centers, 5 5-axis machining centers, 11 vertical or horizontal head machining centers that allow you to work with precision on any type of material.
Based on the customer's needs, the staff will create productions with any type of heat and/or surface treatment; also thanks to the consolidated collaboration with external partners it is able to guarantee pieces with any finish.
Over the years the assembly department has been structured for increasingly complex assemblies of small and large dimensions. Also creating, when necessary, specific support equipment.
The welding department is equipped to perform different types of welding:
TMP has 4 cutting machines: 3 band saws and a disc saw, which allow it to facilitate the production cycle.
