Gruppo Tec-Mobil srl is a consolidated entrepreneurial reality that continues the path of Tec Mobil srl in the market of development, production and assembly of carpentry for electrical panels and light metal carpentry, in series and customized.
Thanks to the experience gained in sheet metal and stainless steel processing we are able to create highly customized structures based on the customer's design.
Located in the province of Modena, the headquarters occupies a covered area of 3600 m2 in which we have achieved high levels of automation by developing our own range of carpentry for electrical panels for electronics, automation and industry.
Tec-Mobil Group produces its own range of carpentry for switchboards composed of three product lines: the BX Lectern Cabinet, the MB Monobloc Cabinet and the GT Modular Cabinet.
The technological capacity we have and the constant monitoring of production processes allow us to supply you with products standard carpentry whose quality is constant over time.
Gruppo Tec-Mobil recently equipped itself with Salvagnini FIBER LASER L3, an innovative machine for laser cutting of sheet metal.
L3 is a 2D laser cutting system entirely designed and developed to make the most of all the advantages deriving from the use of fiber optic laser sources and brings with it all the features that make it the ideal solution for the customer's needs.
The fleet of machines we have at our disposal is made up of modern and fully automatic equipment that allows us to satisfy even the requests of the most demanding customers.
The expertise acquired by our staff and the accessories with which our modern machinery is equipped allow us to offer different types of folds (e.g. radiused folds, flattened folds, etc…).
Furthermore, our EXPRESS BENDER FINN POWER panel bender equipped with automatic loading and unloading allows us to carry out series machining optimizing production times.
We have 7 welding stations where our highly qualified staff performs MIG/MAG welding e TIG for carbon steel e stainless steel.
Upon request we can carry out customized modifications and powder coating in all shades of the RAL coded table.
We have a SONDERHOFF foaming machine: a 2-component dosing island with semi-automatic operation for foaming and gluing. This also allows us to create vulcanized gaskets for a greater degree of IP seal protection.
Our workers assemble all the components carefully following the specific assembly procedures and carry out the necessary checks in order to guarantee the product correctly.
