NUOVA CMF specializes in the sector of third-party mechanical processing turning e precision milling.
We can create mechanical parts, such as small and medium-sized precision small parts, we make drillings and markings, and we work all types of materials such as steel, including high-speed steel, all types of brass, copper, bronze, titanium, material plastics such as PVC, Delrin.
We are experts in processing bars of any material, with a diameter from 1 to 60 mm, with mass production of medium and large quantities.

Service milling allows us to respond to multiple needs, being able to count on machining that varies from 2 axes to 5 axes continuously. Over the years the company has equipped with cutting-edge milling equipment such as the Doosan DMN 5700 4 and 5 axis, and DNM 400 which complement our already advanced machinery, for work the materials different, from plastic to steels, including high speed steel, all types of brass, copper, bronze, titanium.
We carry out "standard" drilling and deep drilling of metals such as steels, including the high speed steel, all kinds of brass, copper, bronze, titanium, plastic material such as the PVC e Delrin. Our fleet has column drills, half column drills and milling drills, who process any type of raw material.
Le markings performed in New CMF allow you to “brand” notes in an indelible way the mechanical parts or production batches, changing deliberately the surface permanently. This process allows symbols or codes to be engraved on a flat surface, according to the specific needs of the customer.
