Mechanics Marcato Srl was founded in 1996 and since then has been offering precision machining, with constant attention to technological development and the search for quality.
Our headquarters is in Camposampiero (Padua), on an area of 1200 square meters which sees more than 20 people employed daily in the administrative, design and production sector.
Our customers are mainly companies in the medical, cycle / motorcycle, furniture, luxury accessories and watchmaking sectors. A new challenge is represented by the fashion sector, which sees us engaged with important international references.
Our mission is to satisfy the customer in all his needs. For this reason we offer a complete service to those who come to us: starting from an idea or a drawing, we study its feasibility, create prototypes and finally start the production of the details.
In our company there is a department dedicated to the production of prototypes that allows us to meet all customer needs and make any changes to the project, before starting series production.
Meccanica Marcato is equipped with a Mitsubishi MV 1200S wire EDM machine. This machine allows to carry out particularly precise EDM processes, which guarantee excellent surface roughness, with fewer passes.
We carry out threading operations on metal parts in series, customized and based on the customer's design.
We are equipped with the latest generation machining centers that can perform drilling and milling operations, even on very small metal parts.
The department is equipped with state-of-the-art numerical control (CNC) milling centers with up to 11 controlled axes that allow for very high precision machining.
In Meccanica Marcato we carry out tapping operations for the machining of lead screws and nuts.
The department is equipped with numerically controlled (CNC) turning centers with fixed head and sliding head of the most advanced technology, with bar passage up to 36 mm.
