LP Lavorazioni Meccaniche is a company that operates as a third-party workshop for mechanical processing and construction. We are a prime contractor in the creation of Cladding Overlaid parts. We simplify product management for our customers by following all phases. In particular, we deal with:
We are also supplied with an arm for 3D dimensional control on finished pieces. Since 2001 we have equipped ourselves with increasingly new and high-performance machinery.
We carry out versatile processes with the aim of improving the concentricity of holes made on valves, shafts or supports. Our reamers specialize in tooling and programming.
We create different types of threads: trapezoidal threads, Whitworth, right or left-hand threads, plug or table threads, providing tailor-made solutions depending on the project specifications.
Thanks to the presence of a highly qualified technical department, we are also able to perform high-speed centesimal drilling, which respects the tolerances required by the project.
At LP we carry out complex milling processes on medium - large components, using different metals. All our millers are specialized in tooling and programming.
Thanks to certified roughness testers and expert operators, we guarantee a very high precision polishing service up to a roughness of 0.2, obtaining smooth, uniform and quality surfaces.
We are able to carry out digital nuclear marking processes on any piece to guarantee the traceability of the components, so that they comply with product identification standards.
We offer vertical and horizontal turning operations on hard metals and special alloys, ensuring high levels of precision. Our turners are specialized in tooling and programming.
