GMV Macchine Utensili is specialized in the field of chip removal and machining involving TURNING, MILLING, DRILLING and GRINDING.
But how was GMV Machine Tools born? It all started at the end of 1980 in a dark basement with no window, with a table as a desk and the pay phone from the bar next door.
Since then we have come a little way, with a lot of recklessness but with equal dedication. During these 40 years we have become one of the first companies to import machine tools of prestigious brands from the Orient into Italy. From under the stairs we moved on to a 5.000 m40 warehouse, 35 employees and XNUMX million in turnover.
Over the years we have installed thousands of machines to our satisfaction and that of our customers, always looking ahead, with professionalism and passion.
OUR MISSION
Alongside the sales department, GMV Macchine Utensili has qualified technicians who deal with the study of the piece or drawing provided by the customer for the realization of cycle times and turnkey.
The department is also equipped with a 3D printer for simulating the piece in the machine.
All our machines are designed for interconnection to carry out the functions of Industry 4.0.
An industry 4.0 expert is able to support the customer and recommend the best software suited to their needs.
Our expert technicians can train the customer's staff to use the machinery even in depth.
Classroom courses with numerical control simulators to learn how to develop CNC programs with ISO languages.
For immediate support, our telephone service technicians are available to assist customers and guide them by telephone in solving the problem.
If the problem has not been resolved within 15 minutes of conversation, a technician will intervene.
Before the end of the warranty, the customer can call us for a check of the machinery and to identify any consumables that are running out.
To avoid sudden machine downtime and unexpected breakdowns, we suggest customers sign a preventative maintenance contract.
With 1 scheduled intervention, a specialized technician equipped with adequate equipment carries out 15 vital checks. Upon signing the contract, the customer will also receive 3 bonuses: discount on interventions, spare parts and training.
As importers we are able to supply customers with original spare parts only.
How do we behave when we sell a second-hand car?
1. All machines are supplied clean and tested.
2. We check the functionality of the machinery and replace any non-functional parts.
3. When the machine is ready, we contact the customer for a functional test or test at the Gmv headquarters. If the customer cannot come, we make a video call to show the features.
4. If everything goes well we will proceed with the delivery.
5. Kitamura machining centers are completely overhauled and sold with mechanical and electronic warranty.
