Founded as a third-party manufacturing company carried out with CNC machining centers and lathes, as well as milling machines and manual lathes for sampling or finishing, in 2006 G01 decides to return to investing in the manufacturing sector machine tools.
Thanks to the know-how made available by Luciano Gasparini, a master in the design and construction of machine tools, who today collaborates with us on special projects,We have decided to start the production - exclusively on request - of new concept bending machines and shears.
We thus obtained the national and international patent for our GBS press brake which is, to date, our top model and best-selling.
In more than twenty years of activity we have designed and built special machinery based on specific requests from our customers: we like to innovate, listen and above all design and produce the solutions they need.
The little MINI it retains all the main features of higher-end press brakes and is available in two models: MINI GP 515 and MINI GP 815, both of which can be integrated with numerical control.
Compact: Its small dimensions make it suitable for small spaces and above all for all companies that bend small parts with more or less significant thicknesses.
Need: Desired angle adjustment during the bending phase instantly under pressure.
User friendly: Standard version with the possibility of easy adjustment of parallelism, PMI and bending angle with height displays.
Security: Mini GP press brakes are approved in accordance with CE regulations. They are equipped with emergency buttons, the pressure of which allows the immediate stop of the movement of the lower crossbar.
Compact and robust structure: The supporting structure of the machine is composed of the frame and the monolithic "swan neck", rigidly fixed to each other. The gooseneck and the electrical panel are therefore mounted on the frame. The fixed upper crosspiece and the hydraulic part, designed to move the lower crosspiece, are fixed to the gooseneck. The lower crosspiece is mounted on special self-lubricating guides. The entire supporting structure of the press was designed and built seeking the best rigidity and non-deformability of the parts. All components have been appropriately sized and checked to ensure high reliability over time and resistance to the stresses to which this type of machine can normally be subjected.
Ease of use: All the controls have been created to guarantee extreme ease of use, right from the first piece.
Lean angle: it is possible to position/record the desired bending angle instantly by adjustment during the bending phase with maximum precision and ease. The standard version features a series of elements that make use more practical, such as the height displays for the Y-X1-X2 axes.
The structure of the GBS it differs from traditional press brakes because it is equipped with "closed ring" side shoulders which accompany, during the bending phase, the mobile upper crosspiece to which they are rigidly fixed. This feature therefore allows the best use of recirculating ball guides which thus guarantee a longer life cycle of the machine.
GBS 835-30: The smallest, for now, of our GBS press brake line. Usable folding length 835 mm, a folding force of 30 tons, no recess, twin-cylinder to ensure the precise angle along the entire length of the sheet metal. Suitable for those who bend parts with lengths of less than 835 mm and have limited space in the production area.
GBS 1250: The medium size of our GBS press brake line. Useful bending length 1250 mm, a bending force ranging from 50 to 100 tons, without recess, twin-cylinder to guarantee the precise angle along the entire length of the sheet metal. Suitable for those who bend parts up to 1250 mm long and with greater sheet metal thicknesses.
GBS 2000: The largest size in our GBS press brake line. Useful bending length 2000 mm, a bending force ranging from 50 to 100 tons, without recess, twin-cylinder to guarantee the precise angle along the entire length of the sheet metal. Suitable for those who bend parts up to 2000 mm long and with greater sheet metal thicknesses.
G-Bender: Press brakes with traditional structure with C-shaped side shoulders.
Torsion bar presses: These are machines equipped with a mobile lower crossbar guided by the torsion shaft during the approach phase (crossbar closing). To record the folding or flattening point, simply operate a handwheel until the desired fold is obtained. The positioning precision of the lower crosspiece is achieved thanks to the use of hydraulic stop valves of our own design. These guarantee, at any operating pressure, the maximum operating pressure and the maximum repeatability of positioning of the lower crosspiece. The press controls are:
