Sandblasting is a process with which, thanks to a high-pressure mixed air-sand jet, the ferrous artefact is cleaned, with the aim of eliminating all micro-encrustations of rust and scale. Wood, stones, bricks, etc. can also be sandblasted. We provide various types of sandblasting:
Our company carries out liquid painting on every type of ferrous material. We carry out industrial painting in line with latest generation systems and equipment. We design and plan each processing phase by tailoring the materials and applications necessary for maximum efficiency.
We operate in full compliance with the UNI EN ISO 12944-2:2001 regulation useful for orienting the choice of the corrosivity class according to the characteristics of the environment in which the structure to be painted will be located.
We are equipped with a washing system with Chemetal technology capable of accommodating pieces of the most varied sizes and geometries.
The parts are positioned in special frames and then sent to the washing process.
With this process the aim is to clean the artefacts in order to make them suitable for painting. In particular, our wash has been designed for cleaning hydraulic cylinders. Special attention is paid to the choice of chemical products so that they have the lowest possible environmental impact.

Our company is able, in an external area of 2000 m², to offer the customer the storage service of the raw material coming directly from the manufacturer and to manage this warehouse based on the requested processing orders.
Our company has mobile systems to carry out on-site interventions at construction and/or industrial sites, we cover the whole of Veneto and part of Lombardy and Emilia Romagna.
