Effegi Metallic Carpentry began its business in 1995 in the medium-light metal carpentry sector. The headquarters is located in San Tomio di Malo, in the province of Vicenza, Italy.
Important features are high quality creations and high production speed to ensure the delivery times agreed with customers. The structure is logistically divided into 2 units:
We work on load-bearing iron structures with details made with plasma cutting and laser cutting, the latter also used for tube cutting.
In the medium-light carpentry sector we stand out for our cutting-edge machine park equipped with welding robots, punching machines and CNC bending machines.
We have 4 Warcom CNC press brakes, 3 hydraulic and 1 electric for the mass production of smaller parts.
We count on a qualified workshop capable of carrying out increasingly faster and more precise work, now also on pipes.
We carry out work with CNC shears, benders and calenders and are specialized in the calendering of steel and iron tubes, profiles and tubulars.
We have a team capable of carrying out a wide range of metal processing, including marking processes.

Equipped with a servo system for the automatic loading and unloading of sheet metal and machined pieces, and with an automatic vertical warehouse consisting of 28 total drawers.
Maximum sheet metal size 6.000 x 2.000 mm and thicknesses up to 20 mm for stainless steel and iron.
