In MV Costruzioni Meccaniche, the details obtained from bars or tubes of various shapes and thicknesses are sorted in the department suitable for the processes to be performed such as cutting, wire welding, deburring or in the machine tool sector.
Starting from bases of various shapes and sizes, the pieces are cut with the aid of automatic and semi-automatic saws.
The parts are welded to wire by certified welders and through the use of welding masks, or freehand, and also thanks to the help of a rotary table.
Surface treatments such as Burnishing, Galvanic zinc plating, Coating, Anodizing, Chrome plating e Polishing.
All the pieces, before going to the various departments, are deburred or chamfered.
They work starting from bars of a length of 3 meters or with pieces previously cut with lathes that have both a spindle and counter spindle, Y axis, motorized, radial and axial tools.
Vertical machining centers with 3 +1 axes are used and the piece is machined in a vice, using specific brackets.

There is also a management system for loading a whole series of data (from the warehouse to the execution times of the pieces) that allows you to program the various jobs. This allows us to respond in a clear and timely manner to the customer who requires more speed in the execution, without neglecting quality.
We have a metrology room with constant controlled temperature, with dedicated measuring instruments with an altimeter, calipers, internal and external micrometers, bore gauges, grade 0 calibrated blocks, roughness tester, machine for checking the concentricity of the diameters.
