GOBBO SRL is a metalworking company specialized in third-party manufacturing based on customer designs. We deal with CNC turning and milling on various types of material and specialize in medium-large series.
Steel processing is our strong point, in fact we are specialized in the execution of 304 and 316L steel parts which account for 80% of the products we make.
We are also available for the assembly of parts produced by us in order to be able to offer our customers a product already prepared to be placed on the assembly line, guaranteeing high quality standards and maximum reliability.
Our processes range from diameters of 15 mm up to 80 mm for pieces machined from bar. We also have CNC lathes for recovery
for machining up to 250 mm, with robotized islands.
We have 4-axis machining centers programmed using Esprit Edge and Mastercam CAD CAM software to be able to produce complex parts in an optimized manner.
We carry out assemblies using an interference press and offer an assembly service for o-rings, grub screws, pins, etc.
Our washing system, working entirely under vacuum, ensures that at the end of the process there is no solvent residue on the pieces and therefore no release into the environment.
