Founded in 2014, FMG Costruzioni Metalliche is a young and dynamic company, born from the thirty-year experience of the two partners Marchesini and Zamboni.
The company is aimed at small and large companies that are looking for an efficient partner to carry out drawing development and bending, assembly and welding processes on various materials such as iron, steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Thanks to the experience gained in the welding sector and the collaboration of expert technicians, we are able to carry out any type of intervention, customizing the processes according to each customer's requests.

Our bending department is currently equipped with a GADE hydraulic press brake. We can bend parts up to 4 m in length with thicknesses from 05/10 to 40/10 and thicknesses up to 80/10 for shorter lengths.
The bending process is essential to facilitate the subsequent production phases (welding and assembly), as, if done in a workmanlike manner, bending allows the semi-finished/finished product to be created without having to intervene with subsequent corrective work.
The welding department, made up of 12 stations, is equipped with 11 MIG welders and 9 TIG welders, and each station is equipped with a Demmeler workbench and related accessories.
All our operators have over twenty years of experience.
The construction and metal carpentry market today is increasingly varied and more and more clients require highly customized solutions designed specifically for different needs.
The experience of our staff and the close collaboration with the customer allows us to give shape to any idea.
WHY CHOOSE US?
Our staff is made up of specialized technicians with twenty years of experience who, supported by a highly competent technical office, are able to provide innovative solutions and produce products that meet every need of our customers.
Specifically, our staff is made up of 11 welders, 1 bending worker, 2 warehouse workers, 2 3D CAD designers, 1 administrative employee and 1 production manager.
Thanks to the great experience gained in the welding sector and the collaboration of expert technicians, the company is able to carry out any type of intervention, customizing the processes according to the requests of each customer. We also use a selected list of suppliers for all those activities that do not fall within our range of internal processes.
From the first design phases followed by our Technical Office, continuing with the control of the materials/work carried out by our selected suppliers, arriving at the welding, assembly and finishing activities of the product, dimensional, qualitative or functional checks are carried out on the basis of the specifications provided by the customer.
We have various instruments available for dimensional checks and
a digital roughness meter for measuring surface finishes.
Our operators hold "welder qualification certificates" in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1:2017, but upon specific customer request, we are available to evaluate the certification also based on particular sector specifications.
The Technical Office may be asked to check the details already developed by the customer or, on the basis of an assembly drawing, the TO is called upon to develop the entire machine/structure to be produced. Not infrequently the customer asks us for a complete study of the carpentry to be built.
The UT uses Autocad and Solidedge.
